FROM 20 FEBRUARY 2025 NEW OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING TIA
“Following the decision of CISA, in particular at its meeting on 6 December 2024, concerning the charging system for airport entry cards (hereinafter referred to as TIA), the Board of Directors of ENAC has adopted resolution n. 60/2024 of 20 December 2024 which is sent in annex for follow-up.
In this regard, it is specified that, as of 20 February p.v. will be active on the ENAC Web Services portal, the application that will allow the request for the issue of the TIA, after payment of a fixed fee equal to 2,00 euro to be paid to the Authority for the authorization activity of its own competence.
It follows that, before initiating the investigation for the issue of the access permit (TIA showing the photograph of the holder thereof), the airport operator must ensure that payment has been made by the applicant, By acquiring the relevant receipt.”
Therefore, from that date, the TIA entitled to apply, before submit an application for release to the manager, they must access the Web Services portal in ENAC institutional site, fill in the specific form and make the payment of the fee fixed. The electronic receipt that will be issued by the PagoPa system must be attached to the ADR web portal and simultaneously inserted, in the appropriate fields, the IUV codes and ID generated at the time of issuance of the invoice.
The operational instructions for implementing Resolution 60/2024 are available in Annex 1.
Please note that the processing of the application can be carried out from the working day following the payment of the fixed fee on the ENAC portal

- Paperwork for the issuing of airport passes will only be accepted exclusively throught the online service. Only accredited Applicant Entities can request the activation of their profile throught an email requests to the relevant address

- From 15 April 2026, the vehicle pass will only be accepted exclusively throught the online service;
- Payments for MAGNETIC TIA WITH PHOTOS must be made exclusively on the ENAC Web Services portal,
